Can you point me to any resources informing a document to a current NFP Board on the purpose, operation and composition of a NFP Board?
A document from the Office of the Auditor General on conflicts of interest can be found here. Although this is written for public entities (i.e. those coming under the purview of the AG) the principles apply.
General guidance on governance matters can be found in the fact sheets of the Charities Commission. The resources provided by North Shore Social and Communities Service may also be useful.
